Job Summary:

We are hiring a goal-oriented and experienced Sales Manager – BFSI to lead a sales team and drive business growth across banking, financial, and insurance products. The role involves managing sales operations, building client relationships, and ensuring target achievement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales officers/executives.
• Drive sales of BFSI products like life insurance products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
