Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, leadership skills, and the ability to achieve targets consistently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives or representatives
- Set sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
