Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and driving overall business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
