Job Summary 
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead advisor recruitment and insurance sales in Medinipur. As a key member of the agency channel, you will be responsible for building a high-performing advisor team and achieving monthly business targets through effective field execution.

Key Responsibilities 
Recruit and onboard local life insurance advisors
Deliver training on product knowledge, compliance, and sales techniques
Support advisors in field activity, lead generation, and customer acquisition
Drive business targets through strategic planning and execution
Maintain high levels of policy renewals and persistency
Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings

Candidate Requirements 
Education: Graduate (any discipline – mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales (Insurance, BFSI, FMCG preferred)
Age: 22–40 years
Strong communication, team handling, and leadership skills
Familiarity with Medinipur or surrounding areas is preferred
