Job Description
Key Responsibility:
- Locate and establish contact with new clients.
- Oversee and assist important clients for sustained business.
- Reach monthly and annual sales targets.
- If necessary, mentor and assist junior sales employees.
- Develop a positive rapport with customers and respond to their questions.
- Inform management on a frequent basis on market developments and reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field.
- Sales experience ranging from one to five years (BFSI recommended).
- Strong negotiating and communication abilities.
- The capacity to collaborate with others and accomplish goals.
