We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field execution and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Set sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Plan daily and monthly sales strategies and field activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Develop new markets and acquire new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
