Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Sales Manager to manage field sales activities, generate new business, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through field visits and references
  • Meet potential customers and explain product/service benefits
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand business
  • Prepare daily activity and sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales execution

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation completed (Mandatory)
  • Sales : 2.50 LPA to 3.15 LPA + Incentives
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel for field work
