The Sales & Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Find growth prospects by conducting competitive and market research. 
• Follow banking regulations and compliance policies. 
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. 
• Conduct promotional campaigns and awareness programs. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
