Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing sales operations in the assigned area, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s customer base through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned area
• Manage and guide the field sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business
• Identify new market opportunities and increase sales coverage
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
• Track team performance and prepare sales reports
• Ensure customer satisfaction and business growth

Requirements

• Graduation completed (any stream)
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel for field sales activities
