• Position: Sales Manager
• Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Field Sales
• Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
• Location:Angul
• Industry: BFSI / Insurance / Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a team of advisors / agents
• Generate business through field sales activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
• Train and motivate team members for better performance
• Conduct market visits and lead generation activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and policy persistency

 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good network and local market knowledge
• Graduation is mandatory
• Must be a local candidate
