A growing company is hiring sales managers for their Tamluk branch. We want someone local who understands the area and knows how to connect with people.

Position : Sales Manager
Location : Tamluk
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Go out in the field daily and meet prospective customers
– Explain products in a way that is easy for customers to understand
– Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
– Keep a proper record of daily calls and meetings
– Ensure target completion on a monthly basis
– Maintain a healthy relationship with existing clients

Candidate Profile :
– Graduate from any recognized university
– Minimum 2 years experience in any field sales role
– Candidates from Tamluk and nearby locations only – This is a strict requirement
– Any industry background accepted – FMCG, Real Estate, Telecom, Banking etc.
– Good spoken communication in Bengali or Hindi
– Self-starter with a positive attitude towards targets
