Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Agency channel in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new agents to build a robust agency network.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach through the agency channel.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents’ product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents to improve performance and productivity.
- Ensure agents are well-versed in compliance regulations and company policies.
- Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for agents.
- Monitor sales activities and provide feedback to ensure targets are met.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (Any Field) required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
