Job Summary
Responsible for managing and growing the agency channel by recruiting, training, and leading a team of life insurance advisors. Drive sales, meet targets, and ensure high agent productivity and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance agents/advisors.
- Train agents on life insurance products and sales techniques.
- Lead and motivate the agency team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or BFSI.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
