Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – Agency Sales is responsible for building and managing a network of insurance agents. The role focuses on driving sales through the agency channel, ensuring agent productivity, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors
• Monitor agent performance, activation, and retention
• Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Target-driven with a strong understanding of agency sales
• Knowledge of the local market is an advantage
