Job Description

Role Summary: Deliver comprehensive training programs to new and existing insurance agents in Rourkela, enhancing their selling skills and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct training sessions for agents
Monitor training effectiveness and provide coaching
Support sales teams in meeting business objectives
Collaborate with management to identify training needs
Motivate agents to achieve sales targets

Candidate Profile:
2+ years experience in insurance sales and Marketing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Graduate with leadership qualities

Compensation:
Up to ₹3.7 LPA + performance incentives
