Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – Agency Sales to recruit, develop, and lead a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive business growth. The role involves developing agency channels, ensuring performance targets, and managing the team to deliver quality business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
- Drive business through the agency channel by acquiring new clients and servicing existing ones.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback/coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in field sales and joint calls with advisors.
- Organize training and development programs for agents.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in insurance sales or agency management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets
- Preferably from a life insurance/general insurance background
