Position: Sales Manager – Agency Sales

💰 CTC: Up to ₹3.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage a team of sales professionals
Drive life insurance sales through agency development
Train, mentor, and support the team to achieve sales targets
Build strong customer and partner relationships

Candidate Profile:

✅ Graduation is mandatory
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (Life Insurance/BFSI preferred)
