Job Role:
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Manager – Agency Channel to recruit and develop a team of insurance agents and drive business growth in Ajmer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents
• Drive insurance sales through the agency team
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Motivate agents for high performance and retention
• Conduct regular training and joint fieldwork
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
• A minimum of 2+ year of experience in agency sales or insurance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Local candidates preferred
