Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Manager – Agency Sales to recruit and manage a team of insurance advisors in Alwar and drive business growth through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop insurance agents/advisors
  • Drive insurance sales through agency network
  • Monitor agent performance and ensure regular activation
  • Conduct field visits, training, and joint sales calls
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain reports

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any discipline)
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance/field sales (agency preferred)
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Field-ready and target-driven
  • Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
