Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Manager – Agency Sales to recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents. You will be responsible for building a strong agency network and achieving sales targets through the team in the Jaipur region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents
• Provide training, support, and motivation to agents
• Drive insurance product sales through the agency channel
• Monitor agent performance and ensure high productivity
• Maintain strong customer relationships and policy servicing standards

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2+ years of sales/agency/channel management experience, preferably in insurance
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Local market knowledge of Jaipur and surrounding areas
