We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager for Agency Sales to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents/advisors.
- Drive agency sales to meet assigned targets.
- Develop new business opportunities through agents.
- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
- Provide continuous guidance, support, and motivation to agents.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate (mandatory); MBA will be an added advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in agency sales, life insurance, or BFSI.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in team management and target achievement.
- Local candidates from Jaipur or nearby locations are preferred.
