Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Manager – Agency Sales for our Thane location. The role involves building and leading a team of insurance advisors to drive business growth through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.
• Drive insurance sales through the agency channel.
• Guide and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and review agent performance regularly.
• Conduct market visits, sales campaigns, and lead generation activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1+ years in life insurance sales or agency channel.
• Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Goal-orientated with a strong drive to succeed.
