Job Description

Responsible for managing relationships with partner banks and driving sales through the Banca channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage branch-level relationships and drive business growth.

• Ensure smooth coordination between bank staff and sales teams.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

• Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in Banking / BFSI / Banca channel.

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

• Graduate or above.
