Position : Agency Development Manager

CTC : up to 4.00 LPA+incentives+other benefits.

2. Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance

Critical competencies :

1. Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations

2. Good Communication Skills.

4. Good knowledge of underwriting and ops processes

5. Training and motivation ability

Candidates requirements :

1. Graduation in any stream.

2. Minimum 2-year sale experience.

3. Having own bike and DL.

4. Local of particular city.
