Job Summary:
We are looking for a target-driven and strategic Sales Manager – BFSI to lead sales operations in the financial sector. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales executives/agents to achieve revenue and customer acquisition goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for BFSI products
- Identify and approach potential customers through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
