Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – BFSI to lead and grow our sales team. The role involves driving revenue, developing sales strategies, managing a team, and ensuring excellent client service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives or advisors.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching to the team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
