Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – BFSI has to support the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, helps lead the sales team, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role focuses on customer service, team coordination, and driving overall sales performance.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team for BFSI products
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Develop strategies to achieve business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
