Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of BFSI products such as loans, insurance, mutual funds, or banking services. The role involves managing a sales team, acquiring new customers, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for BFSI products
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Build and Maintain strong customer relationship
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
