A Sales Manager – BFSI is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve targets in insurance, or financial products, and for building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team in BFSI products
- Set and monitor sales targets
- Develop new customers and business opportunities
- Support team members in closing deals
- Maintain relationships with key clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
