Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – BFSI is responsible for leading the sales team, driving Insurance product sales, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team
• Achieve sales and revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
