We are hiring a Sales Manager – BFSI to lead sales operations in Salem, focusing on team management, channel development, and achievement of business targets across BFSI products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of BFSI products such as Insurance, Loans, or Investments
• Manage and motivate the sales team and channel partners
• Achieve revenue and business targets
• Train and mentor team members on products and sales techniques
• Build strong customer and partner relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• 1 years of experience in BFSI Sales
• Team handling experience is mandatory
