Job Description
We are hiring an ambitious Agency Channel Manager to drive life insurance sales through field operations and team development. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and leading a team of agents to meet sales targets while ensuring top-notch customer service.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Seek out, onboard, and mentor insurance agents.
- Stimulate business growth by meeting monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Provide agents with essential product knowledge and sales training to improve their productivity.
- Inspire and assist agents in enhancing their performance and expanding their outreach to customers.
- Engage potential clients through both direct sales and referral strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients for long-term success.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
- More than 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in a management position in the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
- Compensation of up to 3.20 LPA, plus incentives and benefits.
- A bike and a valid driving license are necessary.
