Job Title: Sales Manager – BFSI

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, drive BFSI product sales, and achieve business growth targets through effective field management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives or agents
  • Drive sales of financial products – insurance, loans, mutual funds, etc.
  • Develop sales strategies and ensure target achievement
  • Conduct field visits, joint calls, and performance reviews
  • Build and maintain strong customer and team relationships

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2+ years of sales/team handling experience in BFSI
  • Strong leadership, communication & motivational skills
  • Target-oriented and field-active
  • Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
