Job Summary:
We are looking for a goal-oriented and experienced Sales Manager – BFSI to lead our sales efforts in the banking and financial services sector. The role involves managing a team, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships across financial products like , insurance, policies, and products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives or advisors
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets
- Generate leads and convert them into sales for BFSI products
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and channel networks
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
