Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales strategies, managing a team, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives and team leaders
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Handle key client relationships and high-value negotiations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Local market knowledge and language proficiency preferred
