Job Title: Sales Manager – BFSI – Immediate Joiner
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage a group of sales executives and help them meet their targets. The role includes guiding, training, and supporting the team to improve performance.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of 5–10 sales representatives
- Assign daily targets and ensure the team follows sales plans
- Help team members with client interactions and deal closures
- Monitor individual and team performance regularly
- Conduct team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Ensure proper reporting and updates from the team
- Handle client queries and support after-sales service when needed
- Work with other departments for smooth sales operations
- Follow company policies and maintain a positive work environment
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales
- Education: Minimum graduate in any stream
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be confident in handling performance targets
- Should be able to train and motivate team members
- Must be proactive and solution-focused
