Job Title: Sales Manager – BFSI – Immediate Joiner
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead a small sales team and grow new business. Your main role is to guide your team and bring in valuable clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3–8 sales executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team
- Guide and support the team during client meetings
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Track and review team performance regularly
- Report progress and challenges to senior managers
- Train new team members and improve their skills
- Help in planning sales campaigns and strategies
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years in sales experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with both fieldwork and desk tasks
- Graduate degree is required; MBA preferred
- Must be target-driven and organized
