Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in the BFSI sector. This role requires an immediate joiner who can quickly adapt and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for financial products (e.g., loans, insurance, mutual funds, investment plans)
  • Lead a team of sales executives or relationship managers and ensure achievement of targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and present insights to management
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new team members
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless execution

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in sales
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Graduation is mandatory
