Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in the BFSI sector. This role requires an immediate joiner who can quickly adapt and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for financial products (e.g., loans, insurance, mutual funds, investment plans)
- Lead a team of sales executives or relationship managers and ensure achievement of targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and present insights to management
- Recruit, train, and mentor new team members
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless execution
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in sales
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
- Graduation is mandatory
