Job Title: Sales Manager – BFSI
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the acquisition of new customers through field sales, cold calling, and market networking.
- Meet monthly targets for new account openings, deposits, and customer engagement.
- Promote bank products and services, ensuring customers understand their benefits and features.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, credit, and compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate Candidate is Compulsory
- Experience: Freshers welcome; previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
