We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a proven ability to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience (B2B or B2C depending on industry).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
