Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a small team to meet daily and weekly goals
- Support team members with questions or problems during their work
- Share updates, tasks, and instructions from management with the team
- Make sure work is done on time and with good quality
- Help train new team members and support their learning
- Give regular feedback to your team to help them improve
- Report team performance and any issues to your manager
- Keep the team motivated and focused on their work
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2–4 years of work experience in sales
- Good communication and listening skills
- Able to plan, organize, and follow up on tasks
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ready to work with different types of people and handle team challenges
- Graduate person required
- Locality is also compulsory
