Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and responsible Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our customer base. This role requires someone who can manage people, plan strategies, and deliver strong business results. Ideal for someone who is hands-on and ready to take ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a sales team to meet monthly targets
- Create and implement sales plans and strategies
- Track team performance and provide regular coaching
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Handle key client meetings and negotiations
- Ensure timely reporting of sales progress and updates
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams for lead flow and delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets
- Comfortable with reporting, planning, and team coordination
- Graduate in any field; MBA is an added advantage
- Should be energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
