Job Title: Sales Manager – BFSI – Immediate Joiner
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage a group of team members handling tasks in the BFSI sector. The person will ensure work is completed correctly, on time, and support team growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a small to mid-size team in daily banking or finance-related tasks
• Assign duties clearly and monitor task completion
• Guide team members and provide regular feedback
• Handle basic issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in all tasks
• Prepare daily or weekly team reports for managers
• Ensure team follows company rules and process standards
• Encourage a positive and productive work environment

Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales
• Good communication and time management skills
• Locality is required First
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Commerce or Finance is a plus)
