Job Description
Lead a sales team to acquire customers, promote banking and financial products, and achieve sales targets. Manage team performance, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Drive sales of loans, insurance, deposits, and investment products.
- Develop new business through field visits and referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2–6 years of BFSI sales experience, including team handling.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial products.
