• Train, mentor, and motivate FCs to effectively sell insurance solutions.
• Meet prospective clients with FCs to offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Ensure high-quality business, policy persistency, and customer satisfaction.
• Enable FCs to leverage the latest digital sales platforms for efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure seamless service.
