We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead BFSI sales initiatives across the Gujarat region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve targets across Gujarat.
- Manage and mentor a team of territory sales executives or officers across cities.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to tailor offerings for regional needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BFSI space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting
- Excellent communication
- Strong understanding of Gujarat’s BFSI market dynamics
