Job Description

Role Summary:
Responsible for driving cross-selling of products to existing customers, increasing revenue, and improving customer retention through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing customer base
  • Promote additional products/services to active customers
  • Achieve monthly sales and cross-sell targets
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
  • Track sales performance and customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Graduate / preferred
  • Experience in sales, cross-sales, or relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Field sales experience preferred
