Job Summary:
Lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets. Recruit, train, and motivate sales advisors. Conduct market visits and support field activities. Prepare sales reports and maintain client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales advisors/agents to improve performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach.
• Monitor and evaluate sales team performance; provide coaching and feedback.
• Conduct regular field visits to support sales activities and client meetings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years sales experience (Insurance/BFSI/FMCG/Telecom preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Knowledge of local market is a plus
