This role involves direct field interaction with customers, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and grow sales territory by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
-Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings regularly.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales.
-2–6 years’ experience in field sales or sales management.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field.
-Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
