We are hiring a Sales Manager – Team Leader to lead and guide a sales team, achieve business targets, and grow in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of field sales executives.
• Drive sales through effective team management.
• Motivate the team to achieve monthly & yearly targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high conversion rates.
• Coordinate with branches for lead updates & support.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred).
• Any graduate (Graduation mandatory).
• Leadership & team management skills.
• Local market knowledge.
